An eight‑day mountain lab for courage, calm and habits — with a daily Parents Coaching track.

Why this winter lab (child‑centred)

Screens off, senses on. We swap dopamine loops for real adventure — movement, music, making and mountains.

Junk‑free joy. Kids learn to like food that fuels them; taste buds reset.

Behaviour that sticks. Routines installed through games, rituals and coaching.

Parents Coaching (daily 60–75 min). Reinforcement, routines, calm consequences, device & sleep hygiene.

Safety & pacing

Everything is invitational; consent and pacing guide the arc. Weather‑wise routes, child‑safe ratios, emergency contact with facilitators. Devices stay with parents.

Boarding & lodging are separate; curated, walkable options shared after acceptance.

  • Kitchen labs & tastings (not full meals): seasonal soups, millet bites, nut‑butter energy balls

Tuition covers program, materials, demos & tastings. Families arrange their own meals.

Fees (tuition only)

₹50,000 — one child (Parents Coaching included)
₹80,000 — two siblings (₹20,000 savings)

Important: Fees are for tuition only. Boarding & lodging (accommodation and meals) are not included.

Deposit to reserve a seat: ₹25,000 + 18% GST (non‑refundable) — payable before the early‑bird deadline. The deposit is adjusted against tuition.

Early‑bird ends: 1 October 2025. After the deadline: ₹80,000 per child (no sibling discount).

How selection works

  1. WhatsApp us your child’s age, sensitivities, and your intention for the retreat.
  2. Join a 10–15 minute call to align on readiness and logistics.
  3. On acceptance, we share stay recommendations and the detailed packing list.

Why this works (brief research)

  • Evening screens ↔ sleep: Reviews link youth screen use to delayed bedtimes & shorter sleep; AAP advises screen‑free wind‑down and no devices in bedrooms. Hale & Guan (2015); AAP Pediatrics (2017).
  • Movement resets mood & focus: WHO recommends ~60 min/day moderate‑to‑vigorous activity for ages 5–17. WHO Guidelines (2020).
  • Parent coaching works: Group behavioural parent programmes improve child behaviour and parenting skills in RCTs. Cochrane Review (2016).
  • Gratitude & well‑being: Youth studies show modest gains in mood and mental health. Froh et al., 2008.
