What is MTT ?
MTT stands for Meditation Trance Therapy.
Meditation in MTT refers to the process to help a subject to: find Self beyond all conditioning; stay established in it; operate out of that.
Trance in MTT refers to an altered state of Consciousness that emerges as a consequence of engaging in a specific Meditation technique.
Therapy in MTT refers to natural relaxation, healing, emergence of answers & solutions to pressing problems of life in the induced trance state.
Meditation Trance Therapy involves using special mystic meditations to induce and design altered states of Consciousness where healing speeds up, problems dissolve and solutions emerge naturally.
What is the goal of MTT?
The ultimate goal of MTT is to help a subject:
An animal is an entity that is controlled by biological instincts or social conditioning. An animal can never break out of the biological patterns that come preinstalled and social conditioning that it is subjected to. A human on the contrary hacks biological instincts, is able to identify social conditioning and breaks out of it.

While studying psychology, NLP and even esoteric schools formally I found common problems: concepts were too complicated, took forever to show results and the people offering help couldn’t help themselves.
MTT is simple and easy to understand, quicker than any other form of counselling and anyone offering MTT is an example or proof that it works.

The problem however is that people are conditioned horribly to function in violation with these core principles. Most people behave as if: some things are possible and most aren’t; resources are limited; and that most of their problems have no efficient solutions. This is the cause of mean, selfish behaviours, toxic relationships and almost all other problems of human dimension.
It may sound simple but for a conditioned human being it might become difficult to break out of this limitedness and this is where MTT comes handy.
In a MTT session we use a specific meditation as per the conditioning of the individual to induce a trance where one is able to notice the limiting conditioning and break out of it and the moment it happens solutions, answers, intuitions emerge automatically and effortlessly as if they had already always been there. Most of our clients feel surprised why didn’t they get it on their own when what they were looking for was right there staring at them in the face all the time.
In fact all the major breakthroughs in science, arts, music happened in an altered state of consciousness. Whether it was an apple falling from a tree, in the bathing tub, periodic table in a dream, structure of benzene in a dream, gene regulation in cinema and relativity. How did MTT develop?
Almost 30 years of research, quest, struggles, formal education, following rituals, reading classical spiritual texts, living in the mountains and monasteries with mystics, reading and meditating endlessly, walking alone in the Himalayas, temple hopping, spending time in the burial grounds watching Aghoris to grooving in the clubs, dating, to studying biology, physics, psychology, neurolinguistics, human communication, healing, energy, spending years with human communication experts, travelling the cosmos, exchanging energy with countless souls I met, astral living, leading thousands of workshops with hundreds of thousands of kids, professionals, scientists, doctors, universities, schools, teachers, celebrities, to finding love, getting married, a family, kids, to frustrations, insecurities, and confusions formed the foundation of Meditation Trance Therapy.
By the way - I never had a job, ever, not even for a day. And I had no money, and no support. All thanks to rich Himalayan Mystic Spiritual traditions, genes, badass parenting, meeting inspiring mentors, loving friends and life continues to roll by.

It is common experience that Religion is about life after death, Spiritual traditions way too complicated, Psychology still lost. I needed something simple, quick and effective.
When I couldn’t find it, I decided to create it and hence the birth of MTT.
What are the various components of MTT?
One of the focus areas while developing MTT was to keep it simple so that anyone with interest and training can qualify to become a practitioner. This led to the identification of seven core pillars that give MTT a simple, logical and comprehensible structure. If You follow these seven pillars you can't go wrong with MTT.
