The fear that arrives without reason.
You know it is irrational. Knowing does not stop it. MTP™ works at the level where knowing cannot reach.
You wake up tired. Not from sleep — from the vigilance that never switches off. You have read the books. You know the breathing exercises. You understand, intellectually, that the threat is not real. And yet the body responds as if it is.
Anxiety is not a thinking problem. It is a conditioning problem. The nervous system has learned to treat ordinary life as dangerous. That learning happened below the level of reason — and it will not be unlearned by reason alone.
Heart racing without warning — in a meeting, in bed, in a queue
A constant low hum of dread that never fully leaves
Physical symptoms that doctors say have no medical cause
Avoiding situations because of what might happen
Exhaustion from being permanently on alert
Racing thoughts that loop without resolution
Anxiety lives in the conditioning — in the neural patterns that fire before thought arrives. Cognitive approaches work at the level of thought. MTP™ works at the level below thought, where the conditioning itself lives.
Meditation restores access to the ground state — the awareness that was never anxious. Trance reprograms the learned danger response directly. Psychotherapy addresses the original experiences that created the pattern. Together, they do not teach you to manage anxiety. They dissolve the architecture that produces it.
Peer-reviewed evidence supporting MTP-aligned interventions for Anxiety & Panic.
"Hypnotherapy produced significantly greater reduction in anxiety symptoms than relaxation alone in a meta-analysis of 18 controlled studies."

Good fit
Anxiety that persists despite medication or talking therapy
Panic attacks with no identifiable trigger
Physical symptoms — IBS, tension, insomnia — driven by anxiety
Performance anxiety, social anxiety, generalised dread
Willingness to engage with inner work, not just symptom management
Not the right fit
Acute psychiatric crisis requiring immediate clinical intervention
Active psychosis or severe dissociative disorder
Seeking a passive treatment with no personal engagement
How is this different from CBT for anxiety? +
CBT works at the level of thought — identifying and challenging anxious thinking. MTP™ works at the level below thought, directly reprogramming the conditioned responses that produce anxiety before it reaches consciousness. Both have value. MTP™ addresses what CBT cannot reach.
How many sessions does anxiety treatment take? +
Most clients notice significant shift within 4–6 sessions. The pattern that produced years of anxiety can change faster than most people expect, because we are working at the level of conditioning, not understanding.
Is medication required alongside MTP™? +
No. MTP™ is not dependent on medication. If you are currently on medication, we work alongside it. The goal is not medication reduction — though many clients find that becomes possible over time, in consultation with their prescriber.
Can online sessions be as effective as in-person? +
Yes. Trance and meditation work equally well online. Dr. Maruti Sharma works with clients across 100+ countries via video. The therapeutic relationship, not the physical location, drives the outcome.
Anxiety is not who you are. It is a pattern. Patterns can change.
Every engagement begins with a conversation. No commitment. No pressure. Just an honest exchange to understand whether this is right for you.
